Members of RISE Scholars accepted to college or university with significant financial hardship. Submit 500 word essay and complete FAFSA. Commit to being a RISE Scholars Ambassador.
RISE Scholars John Bunyard Trades Scholarship

For RISE Scholars who will attend trade school. Submit 500-word essay on educational goals and challenges. Complete FAFSA. GPA and financial need considered.
RISE Scholars Matt Watson State Farm Community Service Scholarship

Members of RISE Scholars accepted to college or university. Submit 500-word essay on service project and complete FAFSA. GPA and financial need considered.
RISE Scholars Mesa West Rotary Scholarship

Members of RISE Scholars who attend Westwood High School. Financial need and community service evaluated. Submit 500-word essay on service project and complete FAFSA. GPA and financial need also considered.
RISE Scholars STEM Scholarship

Members of RISE Scholars accepted to college or university pursuing a STEM field degrees (science, technology, engineering & math) business, economics, & environmental science. Submit 500-word essay on educational goals and challenges. Complete FAFSA. GPA and financial need considered.
RISE Scholars Laptop Scholarship

Members of RISE Scholars accepted to college, university or trade school. Submit 500-word essay on educational goals and challenges. Complete FAFSA. GPA and financial need considered.
RISE Scholars Disability Scholarship
$1,000
Seniors must be enrolled in RISE Scholars and accepted to college (2 yr or 4 yr) or trade school. Demonstration of financial need and GPA may be considered. Applicants must have a documented disability and be or pursuing an Associate’s Degree or a Bachelor’s Degree at an accredited college or university or enrolled in a recognized vocational/trade school.

Celeste’s living situation required that she work to help pay rent – in addition to going to school. Unfortunately, transportation was an issue. Through the Greatest Need Scholarship, Celeste received an electric bike that helped her get to work and school.
