Yudidt Nonthe Sanchez joined College Bound AZ as a junior in high school for help with scholarships and her college-going steps. She also began exploring community service through which she found her passion. After graduating Mesa Community College where she was elected as the Associated Student Body President, she pursued a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Public Service at Arizona State University. Yudidt has served in numerous internships and community organizations. In 2022 she was appointed to the City of Mesa Human Relations Advisory Board to help city counsel with issues involving diversity, culture, disabilities, ethnicity and more. She’s taking on tough challenges to be a part of advancing her community.

Throughout her college journey, Yudidt remained close to her College Bound AZ mentor. “I have a mentor through College Bound AZ who still works with me. Juanita changed my life. I’m so grateful to College Bound AZ for creating a space for me in which to grow.”
